- Mood entries & reflections: Stored locally on your device by default. We do not automatically upload them.
- Optional AI requests: If you request AI insights, relevant entries may be sent temporarily to our servers for analysis.
- Premium account info: Your email is required only for restoring purchases across devices.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To generate personalized insights when requested.
- To help you restore premium status on a new installation (via your email and device ID).
- We do not show ads based on your mood or reflections.
3. What We Don’t Do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not use third-party analytics that read your entries.
4. AI Insight Requests
When you ask for deeper insights, selected data may be temporarily processed by our server and AI provider. These requests are encrypted in transit and discarded after processing.
5. Premium Restoration
To transfer your premium status, we require your email. A one-time secure link will be sent to that email to authorize a new device. We do not use your email for any marketing purposes.
6. Security
- We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all external requests.
- Local data stays on your phone unless you explicitly back it up or request insights.
7. Your Rights
- You can delete the app at any time to remove all locally stored data.
- You can request permanent deletion of any server-side data related to AI insights or email via support@emotis.online.
